FDO Organized two days free medical camp Projects at District Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The services of one female Ophthalmologist and one male pediatrician were obtained. Medical service and free medicines were provided to over 350 individuals.
Flood Relief Effort in Nowshera, Charsadda: (August 2010 to January 2011)
The summer of 2010 exposed the otherwise suffering populace of Khyber Pukhtunkhwa to most devastating floods in the living memory. The gushing flood waters ravaged everything that fell in their way and left behind a trail of death and destruction.
Environmental Rehabilitation Project: (March 2009 to April 2009)
FDO in collaboration with local community organizations launched a pilot project in 2009 to promote and sustain environment through Mazri Plantation Drive. Under the project 500 saplings of Mazri were planted in Lachi, District Kohat.
Relief and Rehabilitation Project for IDPs of Bajawar, Swat and Bunair
Under the initiative 7000 families were registered in 4 union councils of District Mardan. The local communities were motivated to arrange for their shelter in their houses, schools and college buildings.
